ECOnomics.Healthy Schools, Healthy Students LEAN is introducing a new program to our schools in Louisiana. Our goal is to educate our young students about the safety needed when handling pesticides and about the programs and laws that Louisiana has with regard to pesticides within and around our schools. More. LEAN's Toxic Air Emissions Project LEAN has been working to reduce toxic air emissions by ensuring that the 1990 Clean Air Act (CAA) amendments are correctly implemented in Louisiana.
